Condolences

Condolence From: Rod Keirstead
Condolence: I well remember the first time I met Cassie. She and her good friend Shirley came to the door at my cottage .She was excited beyond description, she had just bought a cottage and could I please drop by as there were a few things that need some attention.
There was a real energy that Cassie brought to my door that day and it never left during the years it was my good fortune to know her.
I will miss her laughter and the delight she exhibited at being at Sebim. I will miss dropping by for a chat and a social call as she and Jean enjoyed their tea and cookies.
I will miss visiting Carol,John and his baby sister to share a joke and a good chuckle in the living room of their summer retreat.
Garden parties or social events with the McDevitt family sitting in the shade enjoying it all are memories I look back on with a smile. They so loved their time together at Sebim.
My heart is sad today for I have lost a dear friend but the memories of Cassie at Sebim are clear.

Condolence: I didn't really know Ms McDevitt, but whenever our paths would cross in Yarmouth, she'd always mention my late parents, whom she *did* know for many years, and with whom she shared volunteer work. My condolences to her family; she was a lovely lady who made an impression on so many.

Condolence: I was indeed saddened to hear of Cassie's passing. She was indeed a sweet, friendly lady. She would stop in the gift shop on her way to dialysis, with a smile, even when she was not feeling the best. Miss seeing her around. She was a good neighbour to my parents on Goodwin Drive. My sincere condolences to all her family. God Bless
