Condolence From: Peter Dodge
Condolence: David''s memory and influence on my years is still here. He was 4 years older than I when we met at Evangeline Inn Dorm at Acadia University and I last saw him in Yarmouth last year.David and I both had extensive experience in Overseas business and much to talk about. He taught me more at Acadia than the university did, I think. His four wheeler track scared me half to death and we freewheeled through it. He was a good friend, gracious host, focused educator and good friend. He has left me sad but smiling. Happy trails David.

Condolence: Bea,The love of David's life as he so fondly used to tell us. Johnathon, Sarah, Jim, Shelia and family, George and Les, we are heart broken by the passing of David. He was a brother and friend. Thank you Bea for believing there was another alternative and to those wonderful doctors in San Diego who gave excellent care to David. David spoke very kindly of you all while in your care. Sleep on in our Heavenly Father's Kingdom until we meet again. Charles & Sandra Blake.

Condolence From: Dan (Danny) LeBlanc, Toronto
Condolence: I first met Dave at YMCA “Camp Wapomeo” in 1948/49. We became classmates and friends at YMCHS, 1953-57. Dave was always focused, organized, creative and fun loving. During our high school days, I have good memories of “our gang” at school dances, the Snackerie (Dayton) and Braemar Lodge (Lake Ellenwood) and of course “driving around town”. (Dave could always get a car.) We also worked together a couple of Christmas seasons at Abe Star’s Men’s Clothing Store. These were great teen year times and although we partied well, we managed to stay out of trouble.

In later years as our careers took us in different directions, I did see him when I returned to Yarmouth. The last time I saw him was at the YMCHS 2013 Reunion.

Thanks Dave for being part of my fond memories of youth.

Sincere condolences to Jim, Jonathan and family.

Condolence: To Bea and Hall Family So sorry for your loss. Dave was one of a kind. The last ride we took on his 4-wheeler little did I know that would be his last time we would do this together. He shook my hand and thanked me for being his friend. That was our finally farewell. RIP until we ride again.
